To positively impact and improve client/member wellbeing and healthcare outcomes in a cost-effective manner.
We will achieve our objectives by:
- Getting buy in from all SA stakeholders;
- Developing a common understanding of Case Management;
- Define uniformed best practice guidelines and standards for best patient outcomes;
- Promoting the value of Case Management through marketing and public relations;
- Create a vehicle for collaboration and networking for all Case Managers;
- Promote professionalism and ethical values;
- Establish a case management education programme;
- Establishing International Case Manager Association affiliations.
