  • Define uniformed best practice guidelines and standards for best patient outcomes;
  • Promoting the value of Case Management through marketing and public relations;
  • Create a vehicle for collaboration and networking for all Case Managers;
  • Promote professionalism and ethical values;
  • Establish a case management education programme;
  • Establishing International Case Manager Association affiliations.
